How long will it take for my Hidden Garden order to arrive?
Standard shipping usually takes 3-7 business days. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor its journey to your doorstep.
What is your return policy for home decor items?
We offer a 30-day return window for most items in their original condition. Please note that custom-made pieces and live plants are final sale unless they arrive damaged.

What happens if my order arrives damaged?
We take great care in packaging, but if an item arrives broken, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage for a full replacement or refund.
